Today was a day of travelling. Because I don't drive, and there seemed to be no direct flights, my journey of what could have been a 240 mile drive from Spring Hill Florida, to West Palm beach Florida, took me over 1,300 miles and into a whole other state: North Carolina.

Oh well, seeing as the weather is good, I'm exploring the World and it gave me a chance to do some reading, I don't have much to complain about.

The highlights of my day were, surprise, surprise, what I ate. It started with breakfast at Dennys and ended with dinner at Brewzzi. Both were great but inbetween was a treat...

Being an avid reader of food blogs I had heard of the mythical creation that is a fried pickle but until now never tasted it, or even seen it for sale. So when I was sat waiting for my next flight, fancied a snack and opened a menu, there wasn't really any other choice.

I had extremely low expectations of what I was going to receive but I have to say...they were delicious. Hot and fresh with very light crispy batter and the pickle tang to finish. These I have to learn to make.
