New Discoveries

A busy day today writing instructions and catching up with emails. I was pleased to get in the post issue 34 of Making Jewellery Magazine which features some colourful beaded beads I made recently.

This evening we went to see the very funny Adam Buxton who was giving one of his BUG shows where he shows funny, clever or amazing music videos intermixed with comedy. Some of what he showed were the heart-warming Michael Jackson 'Behind the mask', the funny Roots Manuva 'Witness the fitness' (what a song!), the controversial 'Is Tropical' video from The Greeks, the amazing 'History of the Soviet Union' by Pig With the Face of a Boy and the evocative 'Simple Math' by Manchester Orchestra.

On the way home we drove by a junction I have passed hundreds of times over the years and as I glanced out the window I spotted a new addition, a HobbyCraft. When did this appear? How long has this immense temple of craft been there without me noticing? And mainly, how long will it be before I'm in there?
