Today was all about beading and all about pentagons.

After a mammoth beading session which went onto 3am I managed to get all 40 needed for this bangle done and dusted. It looks lovely on and now I'm eager to get a few more finished.

Although I could have stopped beading at any time, I knew that if I got it finished before I went to sleep I would wake the next morning pleased to be able to tick it off my to-do list. I could try and convince myself I was like the elves and the shoemaker and someone else had kindly finished it for me in the night.

This has also helped alievate the annoyance of realising, as I knew I would, that I really don't like my beaded lock and need new beads to do what I want to do so playing around with it will have to wait until they arrive next week.
