Another busy day with 7 hours of work at the computer then 5 hours of learning- a lot for my poor brain!
I began the late afternoon with a fabulous course at L'atelier Des Chefs involving lots of complicated, rich food which I will one day attempt to replicate at home.
I then moved onto The Make Lounge for my second course there this week.
This one involved hand-carving our own rubber stamps, which was great fun once we were inspired.
