Back in Arundel for a few days to work on Bead.

Once again I'm staying in the lovely Arundel House so am getting to eat lots of wonderful food.
Add to that the nostalgic 'Sweet memories of Arundel' (where you can buy all those old favourites such as Sweet Peanuts, Black Jacks, Fruit Salads, Space Dust, all the liquorice you can eat and much more) as well as the wonderful delicatessen these trips aren't doing my waistline much good!

Friday was a bit of a day off to I had lots of plans for sightseeing which were unfortunately scuppered by the foggy weather. There's not much point in going up the Spinnaker Tower if you can't see anything!

So instead we drove to Bosham where all we saw was fog and gave up and headed off to Worthing where we walked along the pier and played on the old arcade machines. One of the machines was this great old monkey band which played a song where you put in 2p.

We then headed home as I'm teaching my Viking Weave class tomorrow and the wire suppliers have managed to mess up the order (for the second time) and I now have 180 metres of very fine wire to cut into short lengths before tomorrow- guess I won't be using them anymore!
