We're back in Dorset on our way home from Cornwall. Managed to visit Lynn Davy who's a great beader and friend.

Lynn was very kind recently and sent me some of her beautiful beadwork as a surprise present- it is this which you can see in the photo. It's a lovely brooch which opens up to reveal a beaded pendant on a chain. I was delighted, shocked and really touched when I received it, so many thanks Lynn. Of course I'm very chuffed to be fortunate enough to own a Lynn Davy original now!

Lynn's Marie Antoinette Collar has just been published in Beadwork Magazine- and do you think I could find a copy in all of Cornwall? not a chance- so buying a copy is first on my list of things to do when I get back to London.
