After drawing my original sketch this bracelet is the first finished piece I made in my Moroccan Tiles series of work (available as a pattern here).
I wanted a 'braid' which could be beaded all in one manoeuvre, embellishment beads and all, and after a lot of experimenting this is what I developed.
But I wanted more and so continued working and soon developed other bracelet variations as well as pendants to match.
