This necklace is a simple and very effective way of highlighting an art glass bead.
Because the feature bead is still removable you can build up a wardrobe of interchangeable ribbons and bead pendants.
Based on a previous necklace I had made, this particular necklace was originally beaded for an article on using art glass beads. In August 2004 it won first place in the Focal Bead Challenge run by The Glass Beadmakers UK.
Whilst these instructions and the necklace are suitable for all levels of beader as they contain large diagrams, they assume you are able to create a bead ladder. If you need help with this see my free instructions here.
