Using the same technique as the second sample, I beaded a full circle and then wondered if I could join another one onto the side to build up a length of motifs. I had a go and discovered that I could join motifs using only a couple of beads.
With this sample I also tried out using the same beads to give the piece a more uniform look.
However, I felt the piece was too floppy and needed something extra. As the centre would be empty this seemed the perfect place to begin with to see if I could add the extra pizzazz I wanted and give it more substance.
