A group of us headed off to Kent today to try out some electric bikes and meander around Kent with a few stops and pubs and vineyards on the way...
We hired bikes and were given a route to do but in the end we went on & on and did 34+ miles (impossible without some electrical assistance!).
It was such a beautiful sunny day and the combination of much laughter and fun exercise was a great one.
Of course I managed to fall off my bike (so close to the end too) so I'm now sporting some spectacular bruises but I can't wait to get on one again.
