Hours of physiotherapy and manipulation has un-trapped my Vagus Nerve, for now, and fortunately yesterday I was fit to travel and headed back to New York for my 2nd trip of the month.

I'm beading like crazy and have gone back to my Icos design to make some very sparkly earrings. These crystals are just ridiculously beautiful and so full of colour and depth. Each colour I choose I manage to fall more in love with than the last.
