Recently I learned about Hitchin Lavender and today we managed to fit in a trip to visit in - and we picked the perfect day as despite all the recent rain we had blue skies and dry shoes.
The view of the lavender against the green fields and blue skies was breath-taking as was the wonderful smell and the buzzing bumble of all the bees.
We brought home bags of lavender and as soon as I get a free second I'll dry it to make some lavender bags.
