My many, many boxes of beadwork have needed sorting out for a while so I grabbed the opportunity to do it today when I needed to find a couple of things.

It was fun to go through all the boxes and getting to the bottom of some of them was like a beady excavation as I saw beadwork right from when I first started beading back in 2001.

It's funny to see pieces of work that I used to teach so much but sadly never get to see the light of day now. I hope soon I get a chance to revisit some of the techniques and ideas to revamp them and see how the years of beading and learning in-between have affected what I do with them.

Sadly I didn't find the 2 pieces of beadwork I was looking for and as it's a while since I've seen them I fear them may have got 'lost' along the way. But you never know, I may just find a whole other box of beadwork with them and other forgotten treasures in.
