Triangular Bipyramid 01

My two new necklaces are finished (I've yet to photograph the other one) but I'm stuck for a name, and even an accurate description.

The shape triangular bipyramid describes them somewhat but I don't think it's accurate. But until a geometry expert helps me out I'll stick with that for the time being.

Although they look as though there's hardly anything to them these necklaces are one of the most intense, advanced and complicated things I've ever beaded. Working out their structure was one thing but making it happen in real life was another.

They mix brick, herringbone and peyote stitches and evolve from separate components into 3-dimensional objects which have to be interlinked as they're made.
