I managed to finish my Laura McCabe necklace in record time.
OK, I cheated by only beading 5 rivoli components rather than 9, but in my defence if I didn't do that it'd never have gotten finished. Seeing as my last Laura project from 2006 is still sitting in my to-bead pile if I didn't rush through this one it'd have only joined the never-ending heap.
As a sparkly reward for beading so hard I spent the rest of the evening gluing large rivolis into metal components I picked up on my travels for a quick jewellery fix.
