I had a great treat this week as my parents came for a few days and we got to catch up and go out for dinner and enjoy spending time together.

Yesterday, just after they left, I caught a train up to Darlington to visit the lovely Michelle Douglas and Not The Norm.

I'm here to teach a day of triangles and we managed to squeeze so much in and I hope everyone went home inspired.

It was a treat today to see some beadwork that was done by Pam Kirk after other classes with me or from my instructions. I always love seeing the different colour combinations and variations people have come up with and these were no exception. It was especially nice as I have been busy laying out the pages of my Heroine Necklace for Geometric Beadwork Volume 2 and seeing a new variation reminded me just how versatile it is.
