I'm back home, back to work and back to answering the hundreds of emails which have accumulated over the past week.
As my day is spent dealing with this, apart from a small break for some Antigravity Yoga, I had nothing to photograph, and I'm definitely not having any photographic evidence of the yoga to exist!
Instead here are some photos of Frances Pickering's beautiful work. Having done a course with her last week I was fortunate enough to see all of these in person and of coruse they are even more beautiful than I managed to capture them.
