Back To Geometrics

I have been back at home for 72 hours now and am finally getting through all the emails and post that came whilst I was away and almost finished unpacking.

My first treat since getting back is to bead myself a new version of my Geometric 1-9-1 pendant.

I had only ever beaded this in browns and gold- a palette that was very subtle for me- and I have always wanted to bead a new version but not had the time until now.

When I taught this recently I was really inspired to actually get my beads out and make a new one and buying some great new crystals whilst way was the perfect incentive.

This version uses a light green cylinder bead long with a steel-grey/ silver hex one over a clear crystal with a green/ gold AB style coating on the back.

I added some extra rows of beadwork to the back so you could see more of the steel-grey which has taken on the gold and green of the crystal and other cylinder beads to appear more of a bronze that silver.
