A busy day today which starts with a trip to the shops to buy some gloves ready for embellishing and then off to bead group to work on my new bangle.
As soon as I get home I am still in the making mood and, as I owe my sister a birthday present, I decide not to give her what I had bought but instead get my fabric out and make some more fabric purses.
This was my first time making them without supervision so I was very anxious, but fortunately the handout and my scribbled notes were good and I sailed through it much better than I thought.
I think I'm falling in love with my sewing machine!
