Had a fun beading day today which was to celebrate a friend's birthday.

She has long admired a fish mobile in someone's bathroom and had always said it would look beaded so two of her friends designed fish and a group of us were invited to come to a weekend class (I only made 1 day) to be taught the designs, spend the day with her and bead her a fish.

I didn't quite finish mine on the day but as I'm seeing her again at The Great British Bead Show in 10 days or so I plan on working hard to get it done by then. it was designed to be made in two pieces which were sewn today with stuffing inside but I knew I'd never get that done so she gets a flat fish from me instead!
